not an easy road

a very rare thing i do in my blog,is expressing my thoughts ,which is what a blog is meant for haha. but all i do is update abt events n gigs,anyway...

i was talking to a really good friend a cp of days ago...and these are the phrases that kinda struck me, is that, being a christian is not easy,it is in fact the hardest path to be on and live like one...when u realised ur life is becoming easy and real smooth then there shd be some self checking/reviewing cos theres probably smtn ur not fixing...im not saying that u shd be putting urself in a suffering and problem forever state but ya...i hope u get what i mean,im refering this to the christians..

to be in the world ,and not part of it. definitely not easy. im working on it. lol,wow,it's not easy to express in words/blogs for me. anyway, as the bible said, narrow is the gate AND THE PATH that leads to salvation,and very few will find it. rmb,it's not just the gate which is narrow,the path is also included.

one of the main problems that ppl are so doubtful and criticise christians is because they don't see the diff between the christians and non-christians lifestyles when christians keep claiming and ARE SUPPOSE to be diff.when i try to picture back myself as a non christian,being in their shoes,observing,theres really no diff.we shd be making the standard.

another impt point in self checking is on the fruits of the spirit. do u have it? it's not just a one time prayer then u receive ur salvation. read the bible,it NEVER SAID SO. the bible tells us to always examine ourselves to see if we r still in the faith.

i know that ppl always say nobodys perfect and all, but i can tell u , in every famous quote in the world , theres something in the bible that contradicts it, and i experienced and discovered it. nobodys perfect?lol, but the bible says ,be perfect,just as ur Father in heaven is perfect. with the help of the Holy Spirit,it can be done of course,if ur willing to obey God.

ppl always say stuff like, dont' judge me! only God can! and all that stuff,but again YES,read ur bible,thats if ur judging on no basis of whatsoever,looking at a person for the 1st time and assuming this and that.

but if ur so called "judging" on a person sinning,for example,having pre marital sex or homosexual relationships,that is NOT judging,cos the bible said to rebuke it and tell the person abt it privately.it's not called judging, cos it's diff,in THIS CASE,it's judging SIN.

anyway,my whole point is,im sick of hypocrites.and im not saying im now all so holy and stuff,im not,yes i admit i slacked,but now,it's time to get back.
